For founders: The step-change fallacy
This was an interesting video in terms of stats. It was a very low performing video for me: hardly any people watched it.
But, the video had a high audience retention rate. Meaning, the people who did watch it, watched most of it (average 60%, compared to 20% for most of my videos).
This tells me that the format is engaging, but that the topic wasn’t appealing to most of my subscribers. Let me know what you think.
