💡Photon Designer -> Practically AI ⚡
I'm switching to a personal newsletter featuring AI and software guides
Joke: Why was the AI always too hot?
(Answer below) ⬇️
Hi from me, Tom!
After pausing Photon Designer last July, I'm relaunching this newsletter.
It's now based on my work as an AI engineer and sent directly from my personal domain: tomdekan.com.
Why the change?
I’m working as an AI engineer at a startup called Stackfix in London
I want to share my AI and software learnings to boost you. I'm primarily using Typescript with a healthy helping of Python.
What’s Not Changing?
Me (Tom) 🙂
Succinct how‑to guides
Outstanding jokes.
What will you get?
AI tips, straight from my personal experience building in production
Actionable guides, largely in typescript with some python.
Example: Here's a guide I wrote last week to solve a problem at our startup: How to create vector embeddings: The simplest guide
